SCHEDULE RESCUE

Late happens. Have a recovery plan.

Only future slots can shrink. Buffer → break → Q&A → other flexible slots. Locked slots and minimums are always respected.

STAGE CUES

A quiet nudge. Right on time.

This version runs on this browser. Speaker view uses this screen; it is not a remote room link. Cross-device control, QR permissions, cloud accounts and payments are not included.

SPEECH PACE COACH

Rehearse before the red light.

Use your own pace

A rough estimate, not audio analysis. Pauses, interpretation and slides add time. English counts words; Korean counts non-space characters.

YOUR SESSION

Prepared. Even when plans change.

Your agenda saves automatically on this device. Export a CSV backup before your event. Keep the timer tab open and prevent your device from sleeping.

An already-open timer keeps counting without a connection. Reloading offline is not guaranteed. A paused timer moves the projected finish later; it does not stop the real-world clock.

THE FLOWCUE FIELD GUIDE

Make the next event feel effortless.

How to use the stage timer

Choose a template, edit each slot, then press Start. The display turns amber in the last 60 seconds and red after the allocated time. Overtime keeps counting so the host can see the delay. Press Next to record the elapsed time and cue the next slot; the next timer waits for Start. Reset affects only the current timer.

Recover a delayed conference or meeting

Enter the minutes you want to recover. Preview shows exactly which future slots would change. Locked slots and configured minimum durations cannot be cut. If you are eight minutes late but only five minutes are available, the tool reports the remaining three minutes rather than promising an on-time finish. The hard stop forecast uses the current clock, the current remaining time and future slots; the manual delay is a planning input, not an additional live delay.

CSV format and printable run sheets

Export your current agenda first to get a template. Columns: title, speaker, minutes, minimum, locked, kind. Use kind values buffer, break, qa or talk; locked is true or false. Import replaces the current agenda after confirmation, with up to 100 slots. Keep names and commas inside quoted cells. Print / PDF opens your browser print dialog; choose Save as PDF for a portable run sheet.
